Sustainable Development for Dummies
Resumo :
Sustainable Development is vital for the preservation of the planet and for an
equitable distribution of Earth’s riches among people here, elsewhere, now, and
later. It is not a third or fourth way, it is the only way. Sustainable Development does not have a fixed end goal, does not profess a unique truth, but constitutes a transition (change) in which old, non-sustainable patterns are replaced by sustainable ones. Using a long-term vision. And taking into account the limits of the Earth, with a sense of justice and based on the needs and capacities of the population.
